Livid with the Showmax service

I'm am livid with Showmax service. I did not renew my subscription yet they have deducted from my account. Why are they doing this? The chat is the only way you get to speak to someone, you send an enquiry they respond hours later, when you do respond they end the chat. Please advise as to who I can direct my complaint to in order for me to get better service and my issues can be resolved. Is there no contact centre etc that one can call. Please refund my account ASAP!!!!!
