live chat on showmax takes long for responce

the app is good lots of movies and tv shows to choose from, but when you have a problem and need assistance and you go to the live chat you wait forever for a reply!!!!!! this is not acceptable live chats should give you an answer within 5 - 10 min. very unhappy about this.
