My account can not be verified by showmax I have chat with Angela and Mathapelo both agents were unable to assist, they both left me hanging and could not came back, this is soo frustrating I paid for subscription but I do not have access to watch showmax am getting a error message, when I tried to log in when I signup am told I have existing account..

Both agents requested bank statements after they don’t get back to me
