I have had ShowMax for two years now and as much as I love the app it’s incredibly taxing!! I asked them why I can’t watch my downloaded shows offline and they never seem to have the right answer. They told me to put on my “data for streaming” option and it wouldn’t cost me anything on my part it would not use up my data BUT IT DID!!!! What’s disappointing is also their lack of urgency they just respond to your queries like they just want to keep you quiet without any proper help on their part. I can’t watch shows that I have downloaded without having my data off and that’s expensive and doesn’t make sense.
