INCOMPETENCE AGENTS

First of all showmax upgraded without informing it's clients , nevermind that , all my downloads were deleted because they were still busy trying to get the new app, fine then. Now Showmax upgraded and its's back , I paid for it to watch my favourite shows only to find out that the videos are not playing , it's showing a screen mirroring error. I tried to contact them but I am not getting the help , I paid for showmax on the 3rd of March 2024 and today it's the 12th of March and I have not watched a single video. All their consultants are too quick to leave the conversion without checking of the problem has been fixed.
