INADEQUATE SUPPORT & RESOLUTIONS

It has now been more than 2 weeks where I am trying to resolve an issue and each time it just gets escalated without ANY RESULTS. And they tell me to just wait it out, after it takes them almost an hour to reply to your chat. The LATEST solution given to me was "JUST CREATE A NEW SHOWMAX ACCOUNT AND USE IT TO WATCH" after I bought a 6 month subscription. HOW IS THIS A GOOD SOLUTION for an already paying CUSTOMER ??
