Im billed but I’m not using showmax

I have a bad experience where showmax is busy billing my dstv account and due to the fact that they have no call center I contact them through live chat and emails I have 7 emails proving that they said they have unsubscribe me but yet I’m getting higher bills every month and I’m paying for something I’m not using now I’m crust because I have to pay 500 to my dstv Acc while every month they claim it’s cancelled I want my money from showmax
