I cant not watch series due to upgrade request and update on payment method but I am charged R99 each month

I have been charged R99 since June 2021 however my account keeps telling me that I am on free trial which is not accurate as free trial is only valid for 14 days... I would like to watch the "The wife ", but I can not because Showmax says I must upgrade and update payment method...kindly rectify this is not great experience as a paying person.
