I cannot stream the services, but I am paying for them

I Have Showmax that is Linked to my dstv account, I have been paying it but I cannot stream it on their app, I contacted them, so they assist me with the problem even today no has manage to fix the problem. Today I received an email stating my case number will be closed with no solution. I am disappointed that such an industry doesn't have technicians to assist customers, Since I cannot stream the services, what is the point of me paying for it. What a bad customer service u you render to your customers. I am very very dissapointed.
