You guys are selling us the Get 3 months Showmax for the price of 1 deal but you dont apply it when we renew, last month I paid for a month and when I realised I was not given the two extra month I used you chat with us option to query that and was told that even when I did not see it then, it was gonna be app**** closer to expiry. Now I get an email telling me my sub is ending in seven days.
