Horrible Service

I am a premium DSTV subscriber, as per the agreement Showmax is free. I have been having endless problems connecting to Showmax for more the a month now. Tried to contact Showmax they apparently an online company and one cannot verbally contact them. The service team takes 3-7 day to get back to you without a solution. The staff servicing online queries, have no idea of what's happening...................... This is really BAD service................
