Horrible lies by Showmax

The customer service Nkensani at this company just gave me is of the lowest grade of customer service history. Such a big company with such and the worst for me is how they lie to get people's money. I signed up for a 14 day trial with them and when you sign up for it they ask you to insert banking details that they can debit a R1 from and they clearly explain that they will not debit the account until you subscribe. Great stuff I think I watched the shows I wanted and my 14 days trial ends. They email me to advise of this and encourage that to continue to enjoy I should subscribe. I DO NOT subscribe.!!! And my account was never debited since then. Months later I develop and interest in some shows they had I decide to now subscribe. I create a completely new account with same email and different banking details. 2 months after my subscription I discover that the new account and the trial account are now both being debited. After a long explanation. I was advised the 14 day trial account is now cancelled and my fund will be returned. Funds were returned, because of the service I received I decided I no longer want showmax, same day I went and cancelled my subscription and got a confirmation email of this. January I don't check my statement , February I check tadaaaa showmax has debited my trial account that I was told was cancelled. I go back to check they debited in January aswell. Now I am very upset because firstly no one authorized that account to be activated after my 14 day trial I parted way with it. Do they not tell me a different story now? All of a sudden I was supposed to have cancelled that 14 day trial account for them not to debit. If this was the case why was I told that account was cancelled? 2. Why were my funds returned? 3 why do they lie to people and state a trial account will only be activated once you subscribe after the 14days? 4. Why did they not debit between the period after my 14 right up until I activated a new account. 5 .how did they know which account I subscribed for after my 14 days on the 14 day trial acc?. I want my money back and STOP lying to people!!!!!!
