Horrible implementation

Show max before the new upgrade or app, was brilliant. The new app is horrible I tried to pay my monthly subscription with multiple fail it automatically selected a plan which I did not want and had to pay more for two plans instead of one. I'm done with show max tried to speak with the agents repeatedly but I keep disconnecting and was never assisted to my certification. I'm done with showmax moving over to netfex
