Horrible experience with Showmax

I subscribe with Showmax for some time then I decided to stop the subscription I particularly sent them an email to cancel ,wow I didn't know that ,that was the beginning of my nightmare with them ,well they continued to debit on my account until I've discovered this ******* activities on my account which has resulted in me accumulating ridiculous bank charges , because they were debiting literally every day for the period of 3 months what makes this worse was I have brought this to their attention what a level of unprofessionalism I have experienced no one took the accountability ,my bank FNB had to investigate after I discovered this movements on my account after FNB told me that it was Showmax I emailed them was it not a battle they refused to pay me I hate this people ? I hope you stay away from them because the day you will want to cancel you will regret the day you ever dealt with them
