By default worked out that needed new Ultra decoder,they never told me Showmax promised to call me three times never did.I called them and was then told to get Ultra decoder Had it fitted on Thursday and despite promises by installer Showmax is not working Contacted Multichoice who admitted there is a problem but would fix it It’s now Sunday and nothing When trying to download app it said not available in this country Multichoice is hopeless and will go insolvent
