Hopeless customer support
<p> Can't get good customer support from Showmax. Chat line is completley unresponsive. Only contact I can make is via occasional email responses with generic advice. No telephone number to contact. Very frustrating and far more disappointing customer experience than Netflix.</p>

It's been a few days since you posted your complaint.
We believe that Keith has been in touch with both you and your ISP. Hopefully changing your router will do the job.
