Hisense Smart TV 2021 is no longer compatible with Showmax

I have a Hisense 58 inch Smart TV preloaded with the old Showmax, now this new Showmax says my TV is no longer compatible. But their listing says post 2020 Hisense smart tvs should be compatible.

How can multichoice mess up this upgrade so badly.

I spoke to the lady representing Showmax, she tried by all means to assist me but it was clearly out of her control. It's clear that all Hisense Smart TV from 2021 and earlier are not supported by their latest upgrade.

So until I buy a new smart TV, in 3 to 4 years time, it's bye bye to Showmax. DSTV stream, Netflix and Prime will have to do for the next 4 years.
