Half job, not knowing how to fix problem or talk to customers

I am hard of hearing and as such always prefer Netflix to Showmax as Netflix will offer subtitles to all shows. I started watching show called The Outsider on Showmax. First 4 episodes had subtitles- 5th episode was without. I have contacted Showmax and the all I am told is- this is a technical glitch, it has been escalated and one particular woman said- not all shows have subtitles. I do agree, but I started watching this show because it had subtitles. You are doing terrible job Showmax. You are discriminatory towards people with disability. Shame on you. I am sticking with Amazon and Netflix and cutting you out!
