Gobsmacked!

I have Showmax, as part of my package for the my Telkom contract. At the start of Feb, my smartTV would not work on the old Showmax app, so I download the new App and I was told that I dont have a subscription plan! I reached out to them via chat but they said their old system is not reachable and therefor cannot verify my account. I am gobsmacked!
