FRUADSTARS.......MASEPA A SHOWMAX AND ALL THAT THEY SAND FOR!!!!!!!!

THE **** THAT SHOWMAX IS GIVING ME! on the 27th of Jan 2024, I registered for a subscription with showmax, put in my credentials and all paid and everything was well, once I finished on the site I went on the app to login, on the app when I put in my logins as requested I am told my credentials dont exist, it being the user and password, went on their help desk only to be referred to the email help line which the only response I got was automated, Ref ***9, first attempt on getting help on the 5th Feb 2024, second attempt were I asked for refund and my subscription cancelled was on the chatbot and the lady advised that she as requested the refund and will cancel the subscription and guess what, month end my account was debited. second on march 2024 Case ID: ***2 contacted them and still haven't been attended to and I guess I am nowhere near being helped by these people, havent used the service and I am paying for **** currently.
