*****!!!! *****ing money from my bank account

They have linked my BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS to a strangers!!!! Bank account, i have been trying to get then to remove my account details from this persons profile, there is no direct contact number and the customer support staff are uneducated brain dead lice, with zero customer service skills and this is *****!!!! I am still being debited for someone elses account, they have only managaed to confirm that my bank account is linked to this persons account. Not taken responsibility for anything, still debiting from my account and no speak of reimbur*****t!

How unreliable and unsafe is your system that my account details can just be linked to some other persons account???
