Fix the error on my showmax account , cause I didn't subscribe just not watch my downloaded shows when offline

Am not able to watch my downloads whilst I paid for the package in showmax. Am being informed these an error paid , please showmax handel the error situation because I wanna watch my favorite shows i downloaded whilst Am offline
