Fed up and I want my money back that’s due to me

I subscribed with Showmax beginning of this year like February if not mistake, I watched like a month or two than I decided on the month of June I want to unsubscribe because I never had time to watch but I’m billed every month R49 + R49 =R98, so I emailed them to cancel and they said my cancellation was successful and they’ll stop billing me, but I notice again month of July they deducted again. I emailed showmax again to ask why are they still deducting but I cancel my subscription last month already, consult replies that his sorry and that can he have the first four digits and the last four digits of my account I gave them and they sent me notification saying my account was deactivated but guess what they debit again for August.

Showmax is just making money out of people, they are ******** customers I want all my money that due to me back, I wouldn’t even refer someone after this experience with them I’ll rather stay with Netflix
