ERROR 402 (PAYMENT REQUIRED)

If you have DStv premium you get Showmax at no cost. Last week we installed wifi and could enjoy all the movies on showmax. Suddenly after 7 days a error 402 (payment required) message appeared on the screen. Dstv referred me to Showmax. The only way you can communicate with their consultants is through WeChat. I am so fed up. I need somebody who can help me resolve the problem.
