Error 402 payment required

Dear showmax

My name is Nosipho Mpofana, i have been experiencing a problem with showmax for the past two weeks.. every time when i try to watch something it says " Error has occured 402, payment is required" and to me this is very suprising becouse i am using dstv premium so i dnt pay for showmax it comes with a package that i m using... i am annoyed n beyond . there is nothing i have not trief... from singning out n singning back in. unplugged everything... cancelling subcription n linking it back in again... i was told to do that... you know this is very irritating
