DSTV/SHOWMAX incompetence
I have tried to cancel my subsciption to Showmax which is linked to my DSTV account. There is no contact details available and no response to my query on their website. Between DSTV & Showmax they merrily debit my account and despite various calls to DSTV - for which I have reference numbers - no remedial action is taken.
