DStv/ Showmax/ Lesetho

After I renewed my DStv subscription for 2 years, I tried for the next MONTH, on a daily basis, and by every means possible to link the free Showmax that comes with the premium subscription to my premium DStv account. I dealt with numerous people from DStv and they eventually said I that only Showmax could help me. So I started again with Showmax agents. Only yesterday did I finally have contact with someone who solved the problem. Big Thank You to LESETHO , a customer service agent from Showmax who finally got me connected when I was on the verge of writing a bad review on Hellopeter. I am grateful to LESETHO and feel she should be commended on finally solving the problem. On the downside, I did not appreciate getting calls from DStv and Showmax that rang for exactly 1 ring. Even with the phone by my hand, I could not answer quickly enough to catch the call. Then I would get an e mail from DStv or Showmax saying they had tried to contact me but couldn’t. I suggest they stop playing games by only letting the call last for 1 ring. !!
