Double deductions

Showmax has been double debiting my account for three months now i tried emailing them about the issue but they keep on saying they haven't been deducting i have statements to prove that. I even tried to cancel the subscription but am failing. I paid them 2 days ago this month and moved my money but they still trying to debit which is causing unnecessary bank charges i want to cancel this thing i have heard enough of it
