Double charge and will not refund - be very careful!!!

I would like to warm everybody against Showmax and deducting double payments. They deducted a double payment of R99 end of October from my account and when I send an e-mail asking them to refund the one R99, they refused and said only one R99 is reflecting on their side - do they understand that this means that someone is **********ly deducting monies from their clients accounts? The best is that they refuse for a Manager to phone me when I ask and now they want me to send them a full bank statement (with all my details) for them to review and decide whether they are going to refund my R99 - do they really think I am going to give them even more of my personal details?? Be very careful as their customer service is extremely bad and unprofessional and seems like they want to frustrate a person even more with the hope that you will just leave it and they keep the R99. Goodbye Showmax - I know it is only R99, but it is the principal and your unprofessional service that will ensure I will not recommend you to anybody - ever.
