Lusanda told me I will not get my money I must cancel account with them. ***** happened December, they thought I won't notice that their billing invoice reflects only R49, yet my bank Account statement indicate they debited extra R198 extra. I asked Lusanda to escalate my complain to their billing division-she chat back and say YOU WON"T GET YOUR REFUND. Jesus!!
