Dont bother subscribing

I wish it was possible to give a negative rating! They are *******. I had set my subscription not to renew, but they still charged me. Contacted them and they sent me an email confirming my refund. After 2 weeks of waiting for the refund, they just gave me the run around. I just want my refund.
