Dishonest advertising and poor service

I subscribed to the service. Firstly you lie about the 40% discount - it only applies to certain packages. Then you offer a 14 day trial. This is also a lie as when I paid for a 3 month subscription, I didn't get the additional extra 14 days. And I've been enable to access it. So I'd like a refund.
