disgusting showmax and DSTV

disgusting company there new app will now not work on my smart tv and they say i must buy a new decoder although I bought a new one 2 weeks ago. apparently .It is the wrong sort. I thought you didnt need a decoder to stream. When they change the app they should make a plan for all clients . DSTV is the same - I cant stream it on my smart TV although i pay the same as everyone else. They should compensate all customers for whom they have created this shameful situation,
