Disgusting Service

Totally disgusted by their service. Every time I download any series it's not available whether I try to stream or watch it offline. I complained about this before and was told to uninstall and then reinstall the app which I did. After I reinstalled the app all the stuff I already downloaded was gone and I had to download it again. It's a waste of data to say the least. I was also offered the extra 2 months free but was billed even before the 1st month expired. I'm really dissatisfied with this ****ty service
