Disgusted by Showmax.. sies

I had an issue updating my subscription and utilise the chat to agent feature. It was extremely slow and took over 20 mins to appoint an agent or receive responses only to be disconnected THREE TIMES OVER A PROCESS OF LONGER THAN AN HOUR.Received no assistance or responses to my request for assistance or refund and would jus be disconnected. Useless and waste of money. Can't wait to cancel my subscription
