Disappointing,if you haven't subscribed,dont

Showmax deducted 99rands from my account,I requested a refund and cancel of subscription the only thing I got from one of their consultants was that finance can only approve my refund with no given direction of who to speak to in finance or referral,I'm so disappointed and upset.I didn't know that I dug myself into a hole when I subscribed
