DISAPPOINTED

Since the new App I can't watch anything, the online chat is just a waste of time they take you through the same process always and nothing seem to be working. Can we have the OLD APP BACK as we never had any problems with it. When we don't pay for subs the access is suspended immediately, why can't out issues be resolved. SHOWMAX we are already going through a lot as a country PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!
