disappointed customer

I am very disappointment in your guys service. I initially took the R39 subscription but every month you debit R99 and when I update to the R39 subscription when It comes to subscription date I'm debited for R99. Now you have debited my account for R349 on 04/08/2023 which I did not authorize. I need the funds to be reversed back and my subscription to be cancelled because I cannot deal with people who are not professional and cannot be trusted with my banking details as you do as you please. i have reported this incident and you ask for my card details but haven't had any feedback since 09/08/2023.
