Disappointed

I have a problem which showmax I don't know what is going on with it when I want to stream live it's not working last time when I called dstv customer service they said to me everything it's working but when I want to use on my phone it's not working so I don't know what's going on because I paid last month is in this month I paid but I don't know what's going on so early I request them to get back to me with good explanation because I don't understand this I'm so disappointed I just paid my money last month for nothing I'm so regretting
