Disappointed

My problem is with the new Showmax, ever since we moved to it, I haven't been able to stream anything it keeps on saying that I should subscribe even though I am subscribed through DSTV. The frustrating part is the lack of communication from the Showmax team, they said they would respond within 24 hours, it's 96 hours later and I am still waiting.
