Deplorable Customer Care

After three weeks of trying to resolve a problem with Multichoice/Dstv/Showmax I finally got a reply that they would attend to the problem. Low and behold someone actually called me yesterday and I was so impressed - however the excitement did not last long. A lady promised to call me back which she did twice and there was no way I could remember my password she said I would receive an e-mail to reset my password - that was 20 hours ago and still I am waiting - there is nothing wrong with my e-mail and receive all mail from Dstv did not get a new reference number - 22 years I have been a customer on full Premium package and no one seems to care one bit about Customer Satisfaction
