Deductions on any other date

With showmax. They advertise free trial period. And of which is a ****. Cause you are going to pay for it. And they go to your account anytime they want not according to the agreed date. When I quiry it the are telling me that I have two account one with invalid email address but same details. So the deducted my money not with an agreed date. Now I don't have money for my kids transport. Whe I ask they said the will cancel with no refund. Not happy at all.
