Debits peoples account more than once a month?!

Debits banking account more than once a month , this month alone I have been debited 4 times for showmax, Last month as well debited twice! False advertising that you only debit 99,00 per month, instead you debiting several times you debit in a month March you have debited my account 4 times! February you debited my account twice?!. this is *******! pay me back my money for the extra debit orders you have taken off this month as well as last month!
