DEBITING after canceling subscription

This is the fourth time I cancel showmax yet I still get debited. There dont seem to be a contact number, I've canceled through DStv and DStv has told me it's canceled on their side and I must contact showmax. I don't get responses or any acknowledgement from showmax. I've had it and want them to STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT!!!
