Debit order for no reason

I have joined showmax for the free trail I haven't received any email saying my trail period is over but anyways 3 days go I got an email stating that my debit order went wrong so I went online through the email an unsubscribed Today is 3 days gone an I went to see my emails an I found an email saying I have successfully subscribed to showmax an R49.00 was debited

According to the assistant she said that I was supposed to receive a cancellation email which I didn't get even after cancelling after debit order today I still have not received a email untill she done it online now I will not rate or recommend anyone to use showmax This is bad service for such a huge company
