Debit but no update on subscription

My account got debited on the 23rd of September (processed on the 27th), but my account is not working. I inquired with Showmax, and the consultant said there is no payment showing on their side. I tried providing my bank statement as proof, and requested a refund if it's not allocated on my account but still, nothing changed.
