*****ed service provider do not use showmax

Last night I registered my self a Showmax account and paid with my card on the website. I was charged R225 upon logging in I realised that I registered for the wrong subscription and I needed to take Showmax pro account which I registered for 5 minutes later. So I paid R255+R440= R625. Today I wanted them to refund my R225 and they tell me by law they don't need to refund me my money.. What a bund of *****. the person I am dealing with is Lebohang says I need to send proof of payment. Which is in essence in possible because its a card payment on the showmax website.
