Constant buffering

What is going on with showmax, there is nothing wrong with my internet connection as I am in the networking industry so Id know if i had network problems as showmax keeps blaming my service provider, this constant buffering like madness every 15-30 seconds even set on lowest qaulity, wether im on my xbox laptop or phone, it's the same thing, and getting worse everyday, iv been a loyal customer for long now but this is ridiculous, so gatvol as there is no explanation or propable cause as to wat the issue is whatsoever, ????
