Commending SHOWMAX Customer Service - Chat

I am not really a fussy customer but poor customer service drives me up the wall.

I created a showmax account today and so clueless I needed to understand a few things about the subscription and so and so forth and I asked my question through their ''chat'' option, where the responses are coming from Lungile.

I am so impressed and the turnaround time of responses, the efficiency, the patience and the clear information. Straight forward answers, at no point was I left confused cause there was 0% ambiguity.

It's such service that leaves me feeling like its not all doom and gloom for SA.

I would like to commend them for their service, it is exceptional, and please maintain. Big up's to you :)
