CHOOSE NETFLIX, NOT SHOWMAX

Showmax refuses to issue me a refund, despite their service not working. I am unable to watch any of the live sports, I have used the live chat and they want pictures of the screen etc. I don't think it is right I have to waste a lot of my time, proving THEIR service isn't working. The first agent on live chat I spoke with was Noma M, and the customer service was terrible - she ended the conversation refusing to help me, I have a copy of the transcript. The service Showmax is providing doesn't work, I am not getting the services I have paid for - yet I must fight for a refund? I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND SHOWMAX TO ANYONE. I am also encouraging my husband to cancel our DSTV account and only use Netflix moving forward. Showmax will rather lose two clients than issue a refund for faulty services.
